Vitapil® Clinic 5 Alpha is an advanced dietary supplement developed for women and men experiencing increased hair loss associated with androgen metabolism. The product combines ingredients with proven effects on several key levels: reducing 5‑alpha‑reductase activity, supporting hormonal balance, improving scalp blood flow, reducing oxidative stress, and nourishing hair follicles.

Why does hormone‑related hair loss occur?

Research shows that androgen‑related hair thinning increases with age and affects approx. 45% of women and up to 80% of men. This phenomenon results from the progressive miniaturization of hair follicles and the shortening of the hair growth phase (anagen). Additional contributing factors include weakened scalp blood flow and nutrient deficiencies.

A key role is played by the enzyme 5‑alpha‑reductase, which converts testosterone into its stronger form – DHT. DHT acts on hair follicles, gradually shrinking them and limiting hair growth.

How does Vitapil® Clinic 5 Alpha work?

1. Reducing DHT activity

Extracts of saw palmetto, African plum bark, and nettle contain phytosterols and fatty acids that influence DHT levels by partially inhibiting 5‑alpha‑reductase activity and interacting with androgen receptors in the hair papilla. Phospholipids from lecithin support phytosterol absorption.

2. Supporting hormonal balance

Myo‑inositol helps maintain proper androgen and insulin levels, reducing their negative impact on hair.

3. Improving scalp blood flow

Microencapsulated phenylcapsaicin (with higher bioavailability than natural capsaicin) dilates blood vessels, supporting blood flow, oxygenation, and nourishment of hair follicles.

4. Regulating cortisol metabolism

Nettle extract influences scalp blood flow and cortisol levels. Elevated cortisol is observed in individuals with intensified hair loss.

5. Protection against oxidative stress

How to use

Orally, during a meal.
Pour the contents of the sachet into 50 ml of lukewarm water and mix thoroughly. The presence of insoluble particles is acceptable. Consume immediately after preparation together with 1 capsule. The second capsule should be taken with the next meal.

Daily intake

Recommended daily dose:
Adults: 1 sachet and 2 capsules per day with meals.

Contraindications: hypersensitivity to any ingredient. Do not use in case of fish allergy. Product intended for adults.

Myo‑inositol in the sachet may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. In such cases, extend the time of sachet consumption (half at the beginning of the meal, half at the end).
